Communication Integration

A complete 3CX Phone System for Windows consists of the software, soft phones or IP phones, and a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Gateway to connect your existing phone lines. VoIP calls are transmitted over a broadband connection. A VoIP provider can be used to obtain alternative low cost pricing and the system can differentiate on which provider to route calls through.

In addition, Mobile GSM Gateways and Skype Gateways can be used to route incoming and outgoing calls. Using the Mobile GSM Gateway companies can make use of the free calls permitted between company mobiles to route calls to/from any normal desk phone. Similarly the Skype Gateway permits incoming calls to be made free using Internet phones or Webcams to any normal desk phone.

The system can use the existing computer wiring, sharing the network point with the computer, and can be installed on an Windows server or personal computer or run as a virtual machine.
