COMPUTER HEALTH CHECK

Just like your car, your computer should be serviced regularly to ensure it is running effectively and not developing problems. Moving parts, like fans, do wear out and can cause your computer to malfunction or stop completely sometime resulting in expensive repairs. We provide a HealthCheck service to examine your computer internally, optimise your operating system and test for viruses. If this is completed in our workshop our fee is £60 plus VAT excluding any replacement parts needed.

Our Computer Health Check Service includes:

• Cleaning of internal components including fans
• Update of virus definitions and virus checking of all hard disk files
• Cleaning up lost files and sectors on the hard disk
• Defragmenting the hard disk
• Apply latest Windows updates for your operating system
• Optimising the computer’s configuration to maximise its potential speed and current operation.
• Advice to rectify any other problems identified
