Computer support, server support, support contract, citrix, Yorkshire, Business antispam, Nevis Computers, West Yorkshire

•	Our largest customer is a leading provider of cable management solutions for office furniture and screens based in Wakefield. We supply a complete computer service including new equipment, upgrades, maintenance, software, consultancy, Internet, e-mail and web hosting. We support over 45 laptops, PC's and workstations, networked to two Nevis Servers and a Citrix server with Nevis SDSL Internet access. In addition we arrange remote access for Directors and sales staff. Consultancy and support is also provided to their Australian company.
•	We supply a full computer service to a long established Haulage and Warehousing company with whom we have worked since 2000. This includes the provision of new equipment, upgrades, maintenance, software, consultancy, Internet, e-mail and web hosting. They now have over 30 Nevis Intel PC's, networked to a Nevis Server and a Citrix Server with Nevis Broadband Internet access.
•	A design company based in Wakefield where, since 2002, we have supplied a range of computers including laptops, PC's, workstations and servers plus printers and plotters. The computers are Intel Pentium and Core 2 Quad machines with 21" monitors and the workstations are very high specification units for 3D modelling and rendering. All equipment is networked to a Nevis Intel Server with Nevis Broadband Internet access.
•	We have provided a consultancy service to various companies to investigate the specialised computer solutions available to them for a networked administration system. We subsequently worked with their chosen supplier to co-ordinate the installation, provided full cabling and supplied all hardware and software for the workstations including e-mail and training. The suppliers of the back-office administration system provided the server, server software and server support.
•	Many small business networks of two to six computers running Microsoft Office and Accounting software. These rely on us for advice, support and training.
•	Single PC end users from basic computers for word processing and Internet access to high specification video capture and editing units. For the majority of these we also provide initial installation.
•	A number of web sites hosted on our own Internet Server housed in a dedicated data centre. With these we have either provided a hosting service or a full host, design and maintenance service.
