Today we are implementing our new phone system. We hope you will find its features beneficial and that it will route your calls more efficiently. We would appreciate your feedback.
The system has a queue for support calls and we have ensured that you are regularly advised of where you are in the queue and that you have the ability to exit the queue to speak to reception.
As our new system incorporates VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) we have taken the opportunity of incorporating the ability for you to contact us using SKYPE.
